A hearing test typically plays a sound at different volumes and asks you whether you can hear it or not. However, this doesn’t provide a complete picture of how you hear. It tells me even less about the best way to help you.
My functional hearing assessment, on the other hand, gathers information about far more than what you hear. It also considers how you hear and why you hear the way that you do.
